Farm & food-plant control system

Every load answers one question: can it go?

METRIQOm® Agro runs the daily food-safety record for ISO 22000 and HACCP. Workers record on a phone, leads see what is held and why, and the dispatch gate reads the whole line before anything leaves — in five editions, from dairy to food processing.

How it works

One line, one clock, one gate

Every edition is built the same way. Only the middle changes — the sector's own steps.

FrontStart of shift

Hygiene and fitness to work for each person before they touch anything — plus whatever the sector adds.

Owns the clockThe register

The herd, the flock, the fields, the recipes. Each record carries one worked-out state, and nobody types its date.

The middleThe sector's own steps

Milking, egg cooling, spraying, cooking — each critical control point (CCP) and operational point (OPRP) recorded where it happens.

EndDispatch — the gate

One question per load. The answer is yes, a date, or the name of what is blocking.

To the sideSite & equipment

The weekly and monthly checks that are not steps on the line: buildings, water, pests, chemicals, calibration.

Behind the gatePapers

The documents your country and sector require, each with a state and the date it changes — read by the gate.

Three seats

Built for the three people who keep the record

The worker, on a phone

Records what happened where it happened — a treatment, a milking, a spray, a temperature. Tap first, select second, type last.

  • Captures queue offline and sync later
  • Photo evidence from the camera
  • The screen says what each entry switched on

The lead, at the line desk

Sees the boards: which animals, fields, batches or lines are blocked and why, what is held, what can go, and the trace behind any lot.

  • The dispatch gate and its verdict
  • One case per missed limit
  • Two-way trace from any lot

The administrator, in the registers

Keeps the lists everyone picks from: people and what each may sign, medicines and withdrawal periods, products, fields, recipes and suppliers.

  • A wrong entry is not on the list to pick
  • Every change in the audit log
  • Approvals signed by typed name

The rules it keeps

A system that refuses, so people don't have to

01

Derived, never typed

A withdrawal date comes from the medicine's label. A pre-harvest interval comes from the product register and the crop. A chill deadline comes from the recipe.

02

Clocks only run forward

A clock can be extended, never shortened. Ending a withdrawal early is not a feature.

03

The wrong option is absent

There is no "into the tank" for a cow in withdrawal. A person without a spray certificate is not in the operator list. A lorry at 9 °C against an agreed 4 °C goes back — and the refusal is recorded.

04

Critical holds have no release button

An operational hold (OPRP) can be released with evidence and a typed-name signature. A critical one (CCP) cannot — it ends in rework, a safe redirect or disposal.

05

One blocker blocks the gate

Any single blocker stops the load, the longest clock governs, and every refusal stays on the record.

06

Every decision is signed

Holds, releases and approvals carry a typed-name signature that must match the signer. The person who recorded a check cannot also verify it.

Problems

A missed critical limit opens a case — and offers no release

When pasteurisation misses its limit, the batch is held automatically. The case records the reading, the cause and the fix, and the only ways forward are to run it through again, send it where the failure does not matter, or throw it away — each one signed.

  • Reading, limit, time and who recorded it, on one line
  • Cause and correction recorded before the case closes
  • Operational holds release against a reason and evidence

Food safety management

Aligned with ISO 22000

ISO 22000 is the international food-safety management standard, built on HACCP. METRIQOm® Agro is aligned with it and keeps the control-point records, two-way traceability and signed documentary evidence an ISO 22000 system needs — from the farm to the shipment.

Behind every edition

The food-safety system, organised the way an auditor reads it

Today, Problems, Evidence, Documents, Set up and Review — the same surfaces on every farm and plant.

Today

Each person's checks for the shift, what needs a signature, and what is held and waiting for a decision.

Problems

One case per missed limit: the reading, the hold, the decision, the fix, and the proof it worked.

Evidence

Audit, inspection and buyer packs; two-way trace with a mass-balance check; recall drills; lab results; the audit log.

Documents

The papers your country and sector require — valid, expiring, expired or missing — with versions and signed approval.

Set up

Six stations from context and leadership to hazards and the HACCP plan, plus devices, calibration and the document vault.

Review

Internal audits, management review and verification — the records an ISO 22000 audit asks to see.

Carbon MRV & credit readiness

Readiness, not false confidence

Collect what happened, see what is missing, and calculate only when the data is ready — with approved factors only, and wording that matches the project's real status.

  • Physical gas first, CO₂-equivalent second
  • Every number opens down to its record and parameter
  • No credit wording before a registry has issued units

Compliance

Country packs for the UAE and Saudi Arabia

A market is a country pack: its regulators, standard filings and deadlines, obligations, lab limits, approved-input registries and penalty rules. Each obligation resolves to met, at risk or missed from the records the farm already keeps.
