Crops

One question per field: can we harvest today? The answer is yes or a date — worked out from the spray log, the product register and the crop, with the longest interval governing.

Aligned with ISO 22000Clock: pre-harvest interval3 CCP — harvest clearance, drying, fumigation3 OPRP

Harvest board: for each field, can we harvest today — yes, or the date it clears and the product that governs

Spray log

The spray that did not happen is on the record

Wind and buffer are checked before the tank is filled. At 7 m/s against a 5 m/s limit the spray is refused — and the refusal is written into the log. A person without a spray certificate is not in the operator list at all.

  • Registered products only, used per label, with field, dose and date
  • Several products in one tank: the longest interval governs
  • The same product can carry a different interval on each crop

Drying & storage

Every lot measured against 15.0 % moisture

Wet lots are dried, never stacked. A lot without a moisture reading blocks its load — because a buyer can ask for the moisture at intake a year later, and a missing record cannot be evidenced at all.

Fields

Each field carries one worked-out state

Crop and variety, area, soil and watercourses — and the state that every application this season adds up to: clear to harvest, or inside an interval with the date it clears. Splitting or merging a field is an administrator's act, never a quick edit.
