Editions

One spine, a different middle

Five editions share the same start of shift, the same papers and the same dispatch gate. What changes is the register that owns the clock, the sector's own steps and the question the gate asks.

CCP — critical control point: a missed limit holds the product with no release button. OPRP — operational prerequisite programme: a hold can be released with evidence and a signature.

Four layers that never change

  • Start of shiftHygiene and fitness to work for each person, plus the sector's own rule — such as a spray certificate before anyone sprays.
  • The register that owns the clockEvery record carries one worked-out state, derived from a label, a delivery or a check — never typed.
  • Dispatch — the gateOne question, answered with yes, a date, or the name of what is blocking.
  • Papers and site checksThe documents the market requires, and the weekly and monthly checks that are not steps on the line.

Add Carbon MRV to any edition

The carbon module is switched on per farm. It keeps its own project records — boundary, activity data, evidence and approved parameters — and calculates only when the data is ready.
