What this site collects

This site collects only the information you submit through our contact and demo forms — your name, email, organisation and message — used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell your data.

Customer data in the application

The METRIQOm® Agro application stores each customer's operational data in an isolated per-farm database, hosted in the customer's chosen region with data residency respected.

The METRIQOm® Agro mobile app

The METRIQOm® Agro app for iPhone is used by people whose farm or food plant has a METRIQOm® Agro account. Accounts are created by the farm's administrator; there is no sign-up in the app.

What the app collects and why

• Account details — your name, work email and role, set up by your farm's administrator and used to sign you in and to show the work assigned to you.
• Farm records you enter — checks, deliveries, treatments, field and carbon records, support requests and the notes attached to them. They are stored in your farm's own isolated database and belong to your farm.
• Photos — when you choose to photograph or attach a document, certificate or field evidence, the photo is uploaded to your farm's records. The app asks for camera or photo-library access only when you tap to add a photo.
• Location — the position is saved only when you tap to attach GPS coordinates to a field or carbon record, and only with that record. The app never tracks your location in the background.
• On your device — your sign-in is kept in the device's secure storage, and records you save offline stay on the device until they sync.

The app contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting tools, and we do not sell personal data. It does not record audio and does not use Face ID or motion data.

Where the data goes

The app talks only to METRIQOm® Agro servers that we operate, over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); our network gateway runs on Google Cloud. We do not share app data with third parties except where the law requires it.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account for as long as your farm uses METRIQOm® Agro. You can ask us to delete it at any time: in the app open Settings → Delete my account, use the account deletion page, or email info@agr-control.com. We delete the account and its personal data within 30 days and let your farm's administrator know. Farm records that the law requires your farm to keep, such as food-safety and veterinary records, stay with your farm.
