Dairy & cattle

From the treatment to the tanker: withdrawal dates worked out from the medicine's label, a milking session that reconciles to the herd, and a dispatch gate that names the cow blocking the load.

Milking

The session won't close until it adds up

Litres per group into the tank, cows held out with a destination for their milk, and cows not milked with a reason. The session closes only when the three add up to the herd.

  • A cow in withdrawal has no "into the tank" option
  • "It went in by mistake" opens a hold on the tank
  • The separated-milk log shows where every held litre went

Treatments

Record a treatment, and three things happen

The cow's milk and meat withdrawal dates are worked out from the medicine's label, she joins the separate-milking list, and the next load reads her state and refuses until the date passes. A worker can photograph an unlisted product and send it for the register.

  • Withdrawal days per product, for milk and for meat
  • The medicine register is admin-only — a wrong period would quietly affect every treatment
  • Retiring a medicine keeps every past treatment intact

Dispatch

Can this load go?

The gate reads the herd, the consignment paper and the release. When every check is clear it says so, and the lead signs the release by typed name — every past load stays on the list with who released it.
