Platform
The food-safety system, aligned with ISO 22000, that every edition runs on
Today, Problems, Evidence, Documents, Set up, Review and Team — the same surfaces on every farm and plant, organised the way an ISO 22000 auditor reads them.

Set up
From context to HACCP in six stations
Who you are, the promise, planning, support, daily foundations (PRPs) and the hazard control plan. Each station builds part of the system — and the plan generates the monitoring rounds, verification tasks, holds and records that follow.
- Measuring devices with calibration files
- A document vault with versions
- Each control point carries its limit, its monitor and its evaluator

Today and Problems
Checks for the shift, and one case per missed limit
Today lists each person's own checks, what needs their signature and what is held. A missed limit opens a case in Problems: the reading, the hold, the decision, the fix and the proof that it worked.
- Every row comes from a check approved in Set up — nothing typed twice
- "Couldn't do it" is recorded with an honest reason
- Verification is always someone else's work, never your own

Evidence
Trace, packs and drills, ready before anyone asks
Pick any lot and follow it forward to customers and back to suppliers in seconds, with a mass-balance check. Print three packs from the same records: the audit pack shows everything, the inspection pack only what that authority asks for, and the buyer pack leaves out internal findings and fine estimates.
- Evidence readiness shown as a score, with what is still missing
- Recall and emergency drills, timed as they happen
- Lab results and the immutable audit log in one place

Documents
Papers with a state and a date
The register lists the papers your country and sector require. Each is valid, expiring, expired or missing; a new version supersedes the old one instead of overwriting it; approval is signed; and the papers a load needs are read by its gate.
- Pre-filled drafts carry the legal citation; uploading the signed copy moves the paper on
- Reminders 30, 14 and 3 days before, on the day and one day overdue
- An auditor view of the whole register

Be ready
Could you recall a batch today?
Adopt a recall plan with a named coordinator, then run a drill: pick the batch, walk the steps, and the time records itself. The first drill is the honest baseline, however long it takes.

Risk
Regulatory exposure, estimated and ranked
Twenty-six rules check the farm's state and return findings with a legal basis, a severity, a fine range and the current exposure in dirhams or riyals. Simulate a fix to see the exposure fall, so the order of work is a calculation rather than a guess.
Amounts are platform risk estimates from the penalty library, not legal advice.

Also in the platform
The details that make the record trustworthy
Phone app, offline
Captures queue on the phone when there is no signal and sync when it returns. Signing stays online, by design.
Photo evidence
Attach a photo from the phone camera to a check, a paper or a carbon evidence item.
Push notifications by role
Deadlines, lab failures, risk changes, approvals and problem reports reach the people whose job they are.
AI drafting, confirmed by a person
Drafts for scope, policy, hazards, PRPs, training and emergency plans, grounded in a food-safety knowledge base. Nothing counts until a person confirms it.
Lab results
Lab certificate PDFs can be read into results by AI, and results are judged against panels of legal limits.
Typed-name signatures
Every hold, release and approval is signed with the signer's own name and kept in a signature ledger.
Roles that match the job
Owner, manager, compliance officer, lab manager, vet officer, field worker, finance and a read-only verifier — each sees their own work.
Audit log
Every change, with who, when, and what it was before and after.
A database per farm
Each farm's data lives in its own database, and every session is bound to that farm.
